Our Story
ScaleHR started during COVID when we were doing pretty much every HR thing imaginable. Fractional roles, consulting, projects – you name it, we did it. But the work that lit us up (and made the biggest impact) was always tied to HR tech.
After working with 200+ HR tech companies over the years, founder Jeff Waldman finally called it: “This is what we love. This is where we belong.”
So in 2025, we made the pivot official. Today, ScaleHR is fully focused on helping emerging HR, recruitment, and work-tech brands get noticed and grow.
Now, through Catalyst, SocialHRCamp, and much more, we’re building the go-to visibility platform for emerging HR tech companies worldwide.
